Harlex charges service fees to employers for using our platform to find qualified candidates and to job seekers for accessing premium job search resources. Payment for our services is due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
To request a refund, please contact us at info@harlex.com within the eligibility period. Provide your transaction details, including the service purchased and reason for the refund request.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
