1. Service Fees

Harlex charges service fees to employers for using our platform to find qualified candidates and to job seekers for accessing premium job search resources. Payment for our services is due in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Employer Services: If you have paid for a job posting or hiring service and the service is not provided as agreed (e.g., the job posting is not published within the promised timeframe), you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Job Seeker Services: If you purchase a subscription or service for job search resources (e.g., resume reviews or premium access) and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no services have been fully rendered.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@harlex.com within the eligibility period. Provide your transaction details, including the service purchased and reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or completed services (e.g., resume writing, interview coaching).
  • Subscriptions that have been partially or fully used.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

Harlex reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and they will be effective immediately upon posting.
